compostable potato cutlery

Cutlery made from potatoes,when i know about this ,i think it is very strange, how it can made from potato,it is impossible,but when i imagine that,it is attractive for me.
Firstly,i never see that before,i want to know some information about it, and i want to buy.
Secondly ,i think a lot of children will interested in it,because i think the cutlery maybe can eat,when children finish they meal they also can eat this cutlery,they will make them happy and excited.
Lastly,this is very environment,we can not make a lot of trash.
what do you think of it?same as me ?
