This is a good idea, because the people who organise this business know what are the popular things in this society,therefore they provide a lot of exercises such as Climbing ,Water Activities
,Mountain Craft ,Walking ,Caving ,Locations.There are different types of exercises but every one of those are attractive.

So ,because of this,people want to join these exercises which they interested in.because they know people welling to take money to some things they like .Also they have a few competitors,because this business need professional people and place,the people who can provide these things just a little,therefore they can not worried about competitors. the profit also can increase because if competitors.
But the weakness of this idea is because of these are outdoor exercises ,thus they can not do some of these when the weather is bad,therefore they need depend on the weather.and when some dangerous things happened ,they need responsible for them and maybe also need take money for them,because you organise this exercises,you have to in charge of it.
But this business idea it's a good idea,it must successful I think.
