T-shirt Air Cannon

This product is a interesting invention, I never know this machine before, when I saw this picture just now, I think that the disadvantage more than advantage.
First let's talk about
advantage
- attractive
-make your crowds go crazy when you use a t-shirt cannon to launch t-shirts, maybe hot dogs, and any other soft promotional items.
-make the complement products ,like T shirt , hot dog and others ,the demand of them will increase.
-when some basketball match or other kinds of match and party, if you have a machine like this ,people will interested in it,so if basketball match have this ,when the break time people launch some lifts, people will enjoy it,and so the number of consumer will raise.
disadvantage
-the size of marketing is small
-price high
-sometimes a little dangerous because of the power
-the need products which can put in the machine,so they need spend money to make it.
I think this product just suit able to some match or party. So I do not sure it can be popular in future.

portable espresso maker

This products tat we can see it is very beatiful, what is that use for? let me tell you ,is it can make coffee.Make coffee? you might this not very spacial. Now please visit this website http://www.handpresso.fr/products/ove rview-EN.html
you can read some information about this product which called handpresso.
"Handpresso offers a whole range of products linked to the nomadic espresso. It travels with you, makes perfect coffee and enhances the coffee experience" i copy this from that website, we can know this machine use for when we travel or do something outdoor, you can use it to make coffee,it is very convenient.
people like coffee, they helps people to solve this problem that you can make espresso wherever you go, whenever you want. Premium quality espresso – anywhere! With Handpresso, coffee breaks are shared and enjoyed together. Actually, Handpresso has invented a new coffee ceremony for you. So, now, your espressos can be prepared with friends, guests or within the family, indoors as well as outdoors 9copy from this website.
But they also have competitors ,you see they also need hot water to make coffee, where they can find if they are picnic. Also they can choose the coffee just need hot warter and a cup,it is more convenient. So I think they need make this machine smaller and can flat maybe, eventhough people prefer notice the quality of coffee.

vending machine

In this society ,everywhere you can find vending machine , therefore ,if you want to buy some food drinks and something else you can buy from it,it is very convenient.Who are the consumer of vending machine? you might know. For example when you go shopping you are very thirsty, you want drink some water ,,but there are not have store sell water nearby, but there is a vending machine provide water, you must to buy it form vending machine ,because you are no idea to buy water except it. When you are working, you are so busy ,but you do not have time to buy food from restaurant, but you company provide a vending machine of food, you will buy food from this vending machine. Also some children like use it ,because they think it is very interesting ,you just need put a coin in and you can printout the food.....
Vending machine have a lot of consumer, but they also need lots of staff to protect it.
but there are somr disadvantage of it,it have a limited space, therefore it can not sell a lot of product, they just can a little.
And some vending machine sell fresh food, thus the company who provide this machine, they must find soe people to protect it,and change food .Spend money on protect this machine .Because this machine it is not very strong. therefore they need protect them avoid the machine destroy.
That is all.,thank you for your reading.

Exotic Plant/Herb Dealer at Markets

This is a quite good idea, because it is very spacial. They can sell exotic plant online, and this is very good.

advantage: -people can choose online(they can save money about car petrol or tickets and etc.)

-more convenient .

-they can have enough time to choose.

-consumer also can go the shop to buy what kind of plant you want to buy.

-when you feel tired you can have place to rest.

I think, these advantage can make the profit of this company high, because, online service can make consumer feel convenient, and easy to buy, therefore they will increase their rate of buying. Therefore the demand of plant will goes up. Also consumer who want go to the shop to buy, they also need spend money on rest, because in normal time they will take much time to choose, and they will get tired, therefore they need rest ,and when they rest, they need some drink, like coffee, juice or something else.So the profit will increase.

disadvantage: -spacial place to protect the plants

-people who can keep plant fresh.

-they can not sell plant to everywhere.

-they need spend money to protect plant.

-easy to destroy.

I think, these disadvantage maybe make profit decrease, but because of this idea it is very attractive ,therefore they need not to pay attention to it ,just to think about some ideas to solve it and can make more profit.

I like this ,and I hope it can successful.

Band Rehearsal Space Rentals

In fact,I really like this idea.Because in my hometown,we do not have a place where we can play music instrument ,therefore when people want to play some music instrument but they do not have a professional place, they just can play in their home or music classroom.

I remember when I play piano in my home,a old woman come to knocked or door and said ,please keep quiet,i need sleep. That time i really did not know what should I do. I need practice, but the old woman said i need stop.So I thought if I have a place where I can play piano, and nobody can heared me ,nobody can bother me. but before I came to England I never saw that.

Therefore I think this is a good idea

Firstly, let me show this to you

Our rehearsal rooms include:
Yamaha Stage Custom or Pearl Vision Drumsets - cymbals not included.
Powerful PA systems - (1)Mackie ONYX 1620 or (1)Mackie DFX-12
2 - 4 x 12" Guitar Cabinets & Amp heads (Marshall, Fender, Line 6, Traynor & Crate available)
Bass Combos (Ampeg 2 x 10") or (Line6 - 1 x 15")

there are copy from this websitehttp://spotlightstudiosnw.com/rehearsals.aspx

in this menu ,you can see what kind of equipment they have .

In this band rehearsal you can play as much as you like music instrument, and also you can play with your team, you can play any music instrument you want.Nobody bother you ,you like a star. But at the moment when you forget the time, your money loss too, because you need pay 20 pounds for one hour.

This is a weakness about this business idea. When the price so high ,customer will change their mind ,maybe they will choose a park or empty place to play .

But in this society ,people like personal space, and they not really care about money,if they like they want spend money on it.

Therefore I like this idea, and agree with it .

Headwater

Today we talk about Head water.
You can visit this website http://www.headwater.com/

This business idea about activities, please look at the picture on you left, you can see this is menu of activities.
there are interesting and attractive, and when you visit this website, you also can read introduction about it.those are advantage of this business idea. For example ,the time of they organize activities are holiday, this is means a lot of people will join it ,and they will earn a number of profit, because holiday of people it is free, they want to find something they like, and these activities also fun and easy o learn, therefore most people will interested in it ,because they like somethings easy to learn but fresh and fun to them. Also the people who want to organize these activities said there are very safe, thus customers can do not worried about them safe.

But in another hand,we need think about , these activities just for holiday, except holiday ,what should they do ,they need spend money on protect their equipment, and if some accident happened when they open these activities ,like somebody ill suddenly or meet some trouble with weather.....how they can deal with ,they need think about it ,and they can not decided what will happen in future ,thus they shouldn't said their activities safe.

But if people believe them ,they must ask people some money about insurance.Because of this, they can earn money.

I think this is a good idea, because people like something about this .Well, this point good for the activities marketing, therefore i think this business idea will successful

Mountain Climbing/Abseiling

Even though this homework for Lex ,but I want to do it.

This is a business idea about outdoor exercises . You can visit this website
http://www.rockfrog.co.uk/index.php
This is a good idea, because the people who organise this business know what are the popular things in this society, therefore they provide a lot of exercises such as Climbing ,Water Activities
,Mountain Craft ,Walking ,Caving ,Locations. There are different types of exercises but every one of those are attractive.

So ,because of this, people want to join these exercises which they interested in.because they know people welling to take money to some things they like .Also they have a few competitors, because this business need professional people and place, the people who can provide these things just a little, therefore they can not worried about competitors. the profit also can increase because if competitors.
But the weakness of this idea is because of these are outdoor exercises ,thus they can not do some of these when the weather is bad, therefore they need depend on the weather.and when some dangerous things happened ,they need responsible for them and maybe also need take money for them, because you organise this exercises, you have to in charge of it.
But this business idea it's a good idea,it must successful I think.
That is all today.
